Only good news is that the bait size (and some larger) bream have been biting good i.e. I've had plenty of bait of various size. (I've been catching a couple dozen a day - in just a couple hours (after it cools down :)
Sad to say - the turtles and gar keep getting to the bait before the 30 lb flathead catfish that I plan to catch :)
At least I'm 'removing some gar and turtles' from the lake :)
